Our Xmas stay was great! The accommodations were comfortable and immaculately clean, making us feel very much at home. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location close to the ski slopes, which meant less time driving and more time skiing. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of our stay.
There were no microwaves in the rooms, which would have been useful for quick meals and snacks. the mattresses on the beds were of different firmness, making it slightly difficult to get comfortable.

The apartments were modern, clean and cozy. We stayed in a big apartment for two families, it had two bathrooms and a spacious living room. the kitchen had everything we needed, including a fantastic coffee machine. the staff was super helpful, we lost our key and within an hour we had a new one. the location was great, only a 15-minute drive to the ski area Klinovec.
Maybe having two different mattresses on the double bed wasn't ideal, but it wasn't a big deal.

The only minor issue we encountered was the inconsistency of mattress firmness in our room.

From the easy check-in process to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient, and there were even free little scooters for kids to use. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
